Great service all the way around from Ryder Garage Door LLC! Our garage door was purchased through Home Depot and Ryder Garage Door does the installations for the Depot in our area. From the initial contact to the installation of the door, the installers were great to deal with and very professional. We had very good communication along the way from Jeff at Ryder as we waited for our special order door to arrive, and very prompt installation after the door was received at the Depot. Jeff and Micah from Ryder did a great job on the install and they went happily about their work, which is not something you see every day! All and all a very pleasant experience with Ryder!! Jeff came out for Ryder and did an excellent job on installing my spring and Genie 7055 garage opener. He explained all items and arrived on time. He even made a few extra adjustments for operational endurance on the frame. Thank you so much!

He was extremely efficient at installing the complete new door and he was fun to talk to. These folks are honest which is not always the case with garage door companies.

050722 Quick Turnaround... Saturday Service! 1 year warranty P&L. Jeff is a Expert, service oriented tech. He pointed out apparent, additional door issues I would have never caught and recommended appropriate repairs at a reasonable price saving us the expense of a new door over time.

These folks are awesome. The spring broke on my garage door. I called in the morning, and Stephanie confirmed same day technician who showed up on time in the afternoon and promptly replaced the spring and and wheels and greased the rails. Door is working and more quiet than ever before. I could not be more pleased by their professionalism and response.
